Principal – Anton Rosandic has more than 20 years of experience in the start up/growth industry including the insurance industry.  Mr. Rosandic has broad experience in the property and casualty industry including starting/managing/acquiring insurance companies, agencies and third party vendors.  Mr. Rosandic is presently the Chief Executive Officer of a national provider of claims services to major insurance carriers.  Prior to that he was the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of the Fidelity National Property and Casualty Insurance Group (a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly held Fidelity National Financial NYSE: FNF).  Mr. Rosandic acquired and/or formed three property and casualty companies and created product offerings into all 50 states and the District of Columbia. He took the start-up up to $625 million.  He was also responsible for Operations, Customer Service, Processing, Human Resources, Product Development, Underwriting, Claims, Regulatory, Compliance and General Legal.  Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as a reinsurance broker for the Continental European Division in London with Guy Carpenter & Company, Ltd./ Marsh and McLennan Companies, Inc.  Prior to that Mr. Rosandic was a corporate and securities attorney with a number of firms including Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. Mr. Rosandic received his BA from UCLA and his JD from USC.

$30,000,000 - Acquisition of over 63,000 insurance policies ($30,000,000 in premium.) 

$20,000,000 – Acquisition of 30 captive commercial and personal lines brokerage business operations.  They were successfully integrated into an existing retail and wholesale platform.  An entire new program of commercial policies were created and provided for retail sale.

$18,000,000 – Acquisition of over 270,000 insurance policies ($180,000,000 in premium), network of 6,000 independent brokers, claims center and employee base. 

$41,000,000 – Acquisition of fifty-state licensed insurance carrier, 360,000 insurance policies ($175,000,000 in premium), network of 8,000 independent brokers, processing center and employee base. 

$5,000,000 – Set up and capitalization of insurance carrier for national rollout.  

$10,000,000 - Acquisition and recapitalization of insurance carrier for national rollout.
